Stripper Linda Naggs Found Not Guilty of Rape

I posed the question before if it is possible for a stripper to rape someone and now we know at least in this case, it is not:

A FEMALE stripper charged with rape over an incident with a sex toy at a bucks party has been found not guilty.

Linda Maree Naggs, 40, wept after the verdict was handed down in the County Court this afternoon, the Herald Sun reports.

The jury took approximately 90 minutes to reach a verdict.

Ms Naggs was accused of raping the best man at a 2007 buck’s party with a sex toy.

During the trial, the alleged victim told the County Court he urged Ms Naggs not to put the sex toy into his anus and was shocked when she did.

“I was pretty upset at that stage,” he said.

“I could feel something was there.”

The best man told the court he scuffled with Ms Naggs and told her to leave after the incident.  [Herald-Sun]

Can A Stripper Rape Someone?

A BUCK’S night reveller began scuffling with a stripper after she asked him if he liked what she had just done to him, a court has heard.

It is alleged the stripper, Linda Maree Naggs, had sexually assaulted him with a sex toy. Ms Naggs, 40, is charged with raping the best man during her performance at the party on the Mornington Peninsula in September 2007.

The buck’s brother, who had a front row seat for the performance, said the best man, who was naked and on all fours, suddenly became angry and pushed the stripper away.

“Something had happened that upset him,” the buck’s brother told the Victorian County Court.

“I heard her say to him, ‘Did you enjoy it?’.”

The brother said he then intervened because he feared the best man “might do something silly”.

He admitted he initially laughed when the best man said he had been “violated” by the stripper.

Naggs, of Rosebud West, has pleaded not guilty to one count of rape.

Talk about something to always remember your batchelor’s party with, the best man getting raped by a stripper.  I don’t think anything can top that.

Australian Footy Club Uses Stripper to Motivate Team

I guess this one way to motivate your team before a big footy team, they just best clear it with their coach next time:

A FOOTBALL club is under investigation after a stripper was hired to perform for the team minutes before a game.

In the latest sex drama to
engulf the sporting world, Prahran has been ordered to appear before
the Victorian Amateur Football Association’s integrity sub-committee
tonight to explain the sordid stunt.

The Herald Sun reports that the changeroom strip show angered women’s lobby groups and is set to turn the spotlight on Aussie Rules after rugby league’s week of shame.

Prahran Club XVIII coach Craig Berger said a former player organised the stripper to perform about 30 minutes before a night match against St Bernard’s on May 1.

“One of the past players set it up to gee up some of the blokes who were struggling a bit, to stir them up a bit,” he said.   [Herald-Sun]
