For those living in New South Wales I think you will find this graph of interest:
What is significant about this graph is that despite all the hype about a drought in New South Wales the state is actually just returning to historical norms established during the first 50 years of the last century. After seeing this graph I decided to check out the Australian Bureau of Meteorology webpage and see if the historical annual rainfall trend for New South Wales matches the rest of Australia. Guess what, it does:
So is climate change in Australia real? Yes, at least in regards to rainfall, the climate is changing back to what it once was 50 years ago.
